ZIMBABWE – BOTSWANA Camping Trip – 17 days

Day 1

Arrive in Harare (Zimbabwe) in the morning. Rest and recuperate in B&B.
Visit to Mbare People’s Market in Harare.

Day 2

6.am Depart from Harare
Destination: Mana Pools National Park
Camp at Nyamepi camp

Day 3

Lion tracking with rangers in Mana Pools National Park

Day 4

Drive to Kariba
Camp at National Park's Nyanyana Camp

Day 5

Depart from Kariba.
Drive through the rural areas on the Kariba-Binga Rd
Camp at Chizarira National Park

Day 6

Drive to Victoria Falls
Visit of the Falls
Camp at Inyathi Rest camp
Dinner at A'Zambezi River Lodge with tribal dancing

Day 7

Visit to the Victoria Falls Crocodile Farm
Coffee break at the historical Victoria Falls Hotel
Cross the Kazungula border post into Botswana
Stop in Kasane
Stay at The Garden Lodge (all inclusive food entertainment activities which includes game drive to Chobe National Park riverfront and cruise down the Chobe river)

Day 8

Depart from Kasane.
Enter Chobe National Park. Camp at Savuti.

Day 9

Depart from Savuti.
Enter Moremi Game Reserve (Okavango Delta)
Camp at Khwai Camping site.

Day 10

Camp at Xakanaxa camping site within Moremi Game Reserve (Okavango Delta).

Day 11

Drive to Maun
Camp at Maun Rest Camp.

Day 12

Leave vehicle in Maun
Fly into the inner Delta
Go on Mokoro trip
Camp in the Delta

Day 13

Mokoro trip.
Return to Maun. Camp at Maun Rest Camp

Day 14

6 am. Depart from Maun. Stop over at Nata for breakfast.
Cross the border back into Zimbabwe via Francistown – Plumtree.
Camp at Matobo National Park

Day 15

Rhino tracking with ranger in Matobo National Park.
Visit to Cecil John Rhodes’ Grave and bushman rock paintings
Leave for Masvingo (Great Zimbabwe Ruins)
Sleep over at Mutirikwi Budget Lodges.

Day 16

Visit Great Zimbabwe Ruins
Depart for Harare.

Day 17

Depart from Harare International Airport.
