BOTSWANA'S ATTRACTIONS
Nata
North-eastern Botswana is home to the Makgadikgadi Pans. Lying between Maun and Nata it is the largest saltpan complex in the world. This is an extra-ordinary place where distance and time seem lost. For a few months of the year, these pans fill with water and attract a vast array of birds and animals.
Nata is a stopover for anyone travelling from Maun to Francistown and beyond. Nata Lodge is set in a green oasis of monkey thorn, marula and mokolane palms.
